They took a look at my car today for a second opinion after I was quoted a pretty expensive repair elsewhere. Not only did they check everything out free of charge, but they also let me know that none of the parts actually needed replacing. Honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful. 10/10 service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Don't waste your time. Had an decent alignment done by them bout 2 years ago, so I wanted to take my business back. Had an appointment scheduled at 3:30 yesterday, showed up around 3:15, and nobody was there. Doors locked, tried knocking, tried calling, no one picked up. Just straight up got ghosted, total bs.

DO NOT USE! THEY CLAIM THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DAMAGES. I brought my 2013 Scion Frs to Jonesboro Alignment for a mount and balance on my front wheels and for an alignment. The car has all the wheels powder coated white. After receiving the car back (8/11), I noticed both wheels had scuffs in the powder coat and black markings. In the photos provided, it is obvious these are not due to curb rash because the scuffs are either; pressed in, in an area that can only be reached while the tire is removed, or scratched in a straight line (unlike curb rash that would be hatched or have vertical lines). I spoke with the owner on 8/12 and was told to send pictures. On 8/14 I talked to him in person and after going back and forth he agreed to refund my purchase. I would have liked the wheels to be fixed but it was obvious he would not agree to that. I proceeded to text the business on 8/22 and call on 8/28 with no update. On 9/5 I called again and was told that Jonesboro alignment will not be refunding me or taking any further action. The owner was very aggressive and dismissed our initial agreement. I had called Friday around 11am and explained to them that I had a Dodge charger that needed to have brake and rotors replaced- When I arrived there was nobody in the office and after waiting 5-10 mins a lady had come to the front and got my keys and told me she would get them started on it - After waiting another hour I realized I needed to do my back brakes also because I had just asked for the front, so I told them and they had ordered those. While I'm waiting another lady comes in and they pull her car onto the lift before mine - I called ahead and should have been told there was going to be a long wait. While I was there, they were doing a lift on another SUV and the lady had to come back because apparently the alignment was not done right. I was quoted $90 for labor plus parts - I did not know the price of the parts and was never given an option or quote. after waiting from 12:15 to almost 4:15 the lady then tells me my total is 782. and some odd cents. I HAVE NEVER paid that much EVER.
